Not only are people thrilled by the attention to detail in Janet’s email, they also have been sharing the fact that her planning nature reminds them of their moms. “All of my friends’ children who are on Twitter would contact their moms and say, ‘Is this your friend Janet?’ And they were just shocked. “I was blown away by it,” Janet says, adding that she is actually on Twitter herself - but only to look at her son’s tweets. “It’s sort of reached every pocket of the world through every media and internet platform possible.” “My mom’s dentist’s wife and people I went to elementary school with are messaging me on LinkedIn and Instagram, and a colleague that I haven’t talked to in 12 years texted me,” he says.
